A cleanse a year helps the doctors steer clear! With all the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis through our food and environment, our liver is forced to work overtime just trying to keep us healthy! When the toxic load of our bodies is too high, we feel tired, have trouble losing weight, experience difficulty sleeping, and our skin no longer has that healthy glow.
There is an abundance of information out there about health, and it can be very confusing to know what is best for your body. This program provides a clear, fun approach to healthy living!
- Week 1: Learn to prepare nourishing, real foods that you will enjoy while eliminating foods known to hinder the immune system and impact the liver. The foods you discover during this week will continue to serve you even after this program ends.
- Week 2: Eliminate those foods which commonly cause inflammation in the body. Examples include gluten and dairy. By removing these foods, the body is able to detoxify and heal.
- Week 3: Additional foods are removed, yet you will continue to enjoy many healthy and delicious foods which will support the body throughout the detoxification process.
